HOW TO AVOID PREGNANCY ACHES & PAINS
In this workshop, Jenine and Emily will be helping pregnant women learn how to navigate movement throughout all stages of pregnancy.
Jenine and Emily both work with prenatal clients and such similar issues are always coming up. Simple changes can be made to daily activities that have a huge impact on a pregnancy. A workshop was the next step to reach more women in the Vancouver community!
Jenine and Emily will be demonstrating movement patterns, breathing techniques, and exercises to help avoid the most common aches and pains of pregnancy. This worksop is very hands on so that you can take home everything you learn and apply your new skills right away.
Each attendee will also receive a posture assessment from Dr. Jenine and take home exercises from Emily.
